WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY OF STARQCOCKPITS?
You can return your purchase in StarqCockpits for any reason within 30 days from the date of shipment to refund you completely, provided you have not used the product.
The returned products must include all the components contained in the received products, be unworn and unopened and keep the seal intact.
Some products of StarqCockpits have limited warranty. Check the documentation included with your original purchase for more information.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I HAVE PURCHASED IN STARQCOCKPITS IS DEFECTIVE?
We will accept returns provided that the goods were acquired in STARQCOCKPITS less than two years ago and our supervisors confirm that it is indeed a defect in material or manufacture. Be sure to include a letter explaining the problem, with your returned product.

Print the return label.
Pack the product(s) in the box and original packaging. Try to package the product(s) similarly, so that they remain protected. Stick the label to the outside of the box, so that it could be clearly seen.
You just have to deliver the package to the post office. Do not forget to bring the top of the label with you,so the employee of the post office can seal it and sign it. This is the proof of your return.
